Requirements for papers:

Paper Submission

Paper submission requires that the work described has not been published before, is not under publication consideration anywhere else, that all co-authors have approved its publication, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the work has been carried out. The publisher will not be held legally responsible, if there will be any claims for compensation.

Permissions

Authors, wishing to include into paper drawings, tables, or text passages, which have already been published elsewhere are required to be permitted by the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.

Title Page

The title page should include:

An informative title of the article

The full name(s) of the author(s)

The affiliation(s) and address (city, country) of the author(s)

The e-mail address

Abstract

Please provide an abstract in 100 to 250 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.

Key words: no less than 7 words

Paper structure:

Introduction

Methods (methodology) of experiment

Results and discussion 

Conclusions – summarizing (formulation of conclusions and recommendations, features of possible directions for the practical application of the work results).

Reference

Papers should be submitted in Word format used a normal, usual font (11-point Times New Roman) for text, italics for emphasis, the automatic page numbering function for numbering the pages, field functions (From all sides 25mm), tab stops or other commands for indents, not the space bar, the table function, not summary table, to make tables, the equation editor or MathType for equations.

Abbreviations

Abbreviations are required to be defined by the first mention and to be used consistently thereafter.

Required always to use footnotes instead of endnotes.

Expression of gratitude

Expression of gratitude to people, grants, etc. should be placed in a separate section before the reference list. The names of funding organizations should be written in full.

Citations

Citations references in the text should be indicated by numbers in square brackets. Some examples:

1. Breathing apparatus consists of the front part, respiratory bag and regenerating device [1].

Reference list

The reference list should only include works that are cited in the text and that have been published or accepted for publication.

List of literature is indicated at the end of the main text in the References in the Roman alphabet (Latin) as good, that links could be easily taken into account during the study authors publications citations and magazines, reflecting in the database SCOPUS.

The entries in the list should be numbered consecutively.

Ideally, the names of all authors should be provided, but the usage of “et al.” in long author lists will also be accepted:

Tables

It is required to number the tables by Arabic numerals and to cite the tables always in text in consecutive numerical order. Please, supply for each table a table caption (title) explaining the components of the table. Determine all previously published materials indicating the original source in the reference form at the end of the table caption.

Electronic Figures

Please, provide all figures electronically and title the figure files with "Fig." and the figure number, for example Fig1.eps.

Do not use faint lines and/or lettering and make sure that all lines and lettering within the figures are plain in the final size. It is required that the scanned line drawings and line drawings in bitmap format to have a minimum resolution in 700 dpi. If any magnification is used in the photographs, so, please, indicate it by using scale bars within the figures themselves. Halftones should have a minimum resolution in 300 dpi.

Lettering of figures

Adhere to consistently size of lettering while the whole text, usually about 10 pt.  Avoid the effects like shading, outline letters, etc.

Numbering of figures

It is required to number the figures by Arabic numerals. Citation of figures should always be in text in consecutive order. Figure parts should be denoted by lowercase letters (a, b, c, etc.). If your article has an appendix, which contains one or more figures, continue the consecutive numbering of the main text. Do not number the appendix figures, "A1, A2, A3, etc."

Figure captions

Please, note that each figure should have a short caption describing exactly what the figure represents. The captions should be included in the text file of the paper, but not in the figure file. No punctuation should be included after the number and no punctuation marks are to be placed at the end of the caption. Determine all elements, which have been found on the figure in the figure caption, also, please, use boxes, circles, etc., as coordinate points in graphs. Identify previously published material by indicating the original source in the form of a reference citation at the end of the figure caption.

Accepted for publication papers will be checked by our copyeditors for spelling and formal style. In case if English is not your native language and substantial editing would be required, so you are kindly asked to have your paper edited by a native speaker before the submission. A clear and exact language will help editors and reviewers to concentrate on the scientific content of your paper and it simplifies the assessment process.

The text of the paper cannot be edited and is the original. Conference materials will be published prior to the conference, so the materials received after the deadline or do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for publication, will not be considered and will not be returned.

Papers are accepted only in English!
